Invoice software for e-commerce

B2B orders, VAT-compliant invoices, and multi-currency sales — without forcing your storefront to do something it wasn't built for.

The problems you actually have

B2B customers want proper invoices

Shopify's order confirmation isn't an invoice. B2B buyers need a VAT-compliant document for their books.

EU VAT rules are a maze

OSS, IOSS, reverse-charge, B2B/B2C thresholds — the rules change by country and they change yearly.

Multi-store reconciliation

You sell on your own store + a marketplace + a wholesale channel. Pulling together one tax view is its own job.

Refunds + credit notes

Returns and partial refunds need proper credit notes to satisfy auditors. Most stores skip this step entirely.

Proper invoicing for the orders that actually need it

Most consumer orders don't need a formal invoice — but your B2B and high-value customers do. Lemon Invoice gives you the layer above your storefront for VAT-compliant invoicing, credit notes, and tax-ready reporting.

Questions, answered

Do you integrate directly with Shopify / WooCommerce?+

Direct integrations are on the roadmap. For now, you can import orders via CSV and invoice them in Lemon Invoice.

How does VAT work for international sales?+

Lemon Invoice supports the EU OSS scheme, reverse-charge for B2B, and standard VAT. Configure your scheme once and the right legend appears on each invoice.

Can I issue credit notes for refunds?+

Yes. Credit notes are first-class, linked to the original invoice, and tracked separately for your reporting.

Do I need this if my storefront already sends order confirmations?+

Order confirmations are not VAT-compliant invoices. If you sell to businesses, or sell across borders, you almost certainly need proper invoices for at least some of your orders.
